- Everyone seems to believe the reason for the change in the tag team title match is because they are going to go with Miz/Big Show as the tag team champions. They will both be going back and forth on this as the week goes. Many are still pushing for Punk/Gallows to get a run with the titles to appear on both shows because of how over Punk’s straight edge gimmick is at live events. (Punk, far and away, gets the loudest/most vocal heel reactions at live events.)
- Gregory Helms’ job with WWE is still on the fence. He is on the road this week and at the Smackdown tapings tonight, but most believe he isn’t booked and will be meeting with officials at the show – if he hasn’t already.
- WWE is in “serious” negotiations with Conan O’Brien to host either the Raw the day after Wrestlemania, or the week after that – which is planned to be this year’s draft episode. O’Brien is a big WWE fan and is interested in appearing, but is trying to stay out of the spotlight for a little while due to the messy divorce between him and NBC.
